Phyl hopes cooking up a storm is recipe for success

A HARTFORD chef is hoping to tempt the taste buds of businessmen in mid Cheshire by offering mouthwatering catering.

Phyl Lomas, owner of Stables Cuisine, based in Heyes Park, has been serving up homemade food at private functions for six years and is now ready to cater for all business occasions.

Phyl, a trained Aga demonstrator, said: "I qualified as a chef in my native Dublin and cooking is my passion.

"At the private functions I received many requests from managing directors of large companies who said they were fed up of eating the same buffet type food.

"We cater for any corporate event, be it clinching a deal over a boardroom lunch, wining and dining important clients, product launches or retirement celebrations."
