A NEW mum from Stockton Heath is hoping to swap stories of sleepless nights by forming a new group for parents with not one bundle of joy, but two.
Claire Berryman has had her hands full since the birth of twins Alys and Lily three months ago. Now she has set about providing a support network for fellow mums and dads with more than one nappy to change.
Mrs Berryman, of Algernon Street, said: "Having a baby is a challenge for any new parent but having more than one at the same time requires multi-tasking!
"So getting together with others who have twins or triplets to have a chat and time to share our experiences is what I hope to do."
In Stockton Heath three sets of twins have been born in the past few months, while a Lymm mother gave birth to triplets a few weeks ago.
"According to health workers Warrington is a 'hotspot' for multiple births at the moment, so the demand is there to establish a club," added Mrs Berryman.
The group, which will begin in the new year, will be affiliated to TAMBA a registered charity for multiple births.
